Fully managed means everything below moves off your desk.

Managed usually means somebody patches the server. Fully managed means the security scans, the restore tests, the certificate expiry and the traffic graphs are ours too, including the part where somebody has to care about it at three in the morning.

Stays with you

  • Your product and roadmap
  • Your code and releases
  • Every credential, account and domain, in your name

You keep full ownership and admin access throughout. Leaving is a documented handover, not a hostage negotiation.

Moves to us

  • Architecture and capacity planning
  • 24/7 monitoring and alerting
  • Incident response and root cause analysis
  • Security hardening and patching
  • Scheduled security scans
  • Backups, plus restore tests that prove them
  • Certificate and SSL expiry monitoring
  • Traffic and anomaly monitoring
  • Database and query tuning
  • Caching, CDN and performance work
  • Failover, redundancy and DR drills
  • OS and runtime upgrades
  • DNS management
  • Subprocessor and DPA paperwork
  • Being woken up when it breaks at night

Certainty you can hold us to.

Every number here is in the signed agreement, along with how it is measured and what you get back if we miss it. We will send you the document before you commit to anything.

Uptime, contractual

Fixed contact

The same engineer every time, who knows your environment without being briefed.

22 yr

Continuously operating

Since 2004, through every shift in cloud and compliance.

US subprocessors

Named in full in your Article 28 DPA.

An engineer talking a customer through an architecture change

One person who knows your setup, already in your phone.

You get a fixed contact, not a rota of strangers. Message them directly and you get a real answer, usually within the hour. They know what changed last week because they made the change.

Who you deal with
One named engineer who knows your environment, plus a colleague who can step in.
How you reach them
A shared chat channel on your phone. Phone and email work too, but almost nobody uses them.
What comes back
Answers in plain language, a written root cause after an incident, and a message when they spot something you should know about.

We tell you what to fix before you ask.

Running your infrastructure every day means we see the patterns you cannot see from inside. Bringing them to you is part of the engagement, not a separate invoice.

A working session on a customer architecture

Quarterly review

Every quarter we walk through the environment with you: what changed, what is trending in the wrong direction, and what we would do about it. You decide what happens next.

Capacity ahead of the roadmap

When your growth curve says you will hit a ceiling in four months, you hear it now, not on the day the ceiling arrives.

Cost that goes down

Right-sizing, reserved capacity and removing what nobody uses any more. Several migrations have landed lower than the bill our customers were already paying.

Findings you did not ask for

Slow queries, expiring certificates, backups that would not have restored, a dependency nobody has patched since last year. We open the ticket ourselves.

NL · EU AWS / Azure / GCP

An EU region is not the same as EU jurisdiction.

Where the data sits is one question. Which legal system can compel access to it is a different one. A US-headquartered provider answers to the CLOUD Act even when the servers are in Frankfurt.

We run on EU-headquartered infrastructure with zero US subprocessors in the default path, and every one of them is named in your DPA.

Where does your stack stand?

Enter your domain. We read DNS, response headers and public HTML, then name every US-jurisdiction vendor we can see, with an EU alternative for each.

What it costs.

Every environment is designed for the workload, so there is no price list. There is a range, and you should know it before you book a call.

Entry

from €175/ month

Fully managed VPS. One tuned, hardened and monitored environment, security scans and restore tests included. The usual starting point for a single production application.

Typical

€1k - €8k/ month

A fully managed platform for a SaaS product, a busy store or an agency portfolio. High availability, failover, verified backups and 24/7 monitoring as standard.

Custom build

up to €100k

A dedicated cloud cluster on isolated hardware, designed around a specific compliance or performance requirement. Priced per project.

Below roughly €500k ARR, unmanaged hosting plus a freelancer on call is usually cheaper, and we will tell you so. This model starts paying for itself once an hour of downtime costs more than a month of the engagement.

Tell us what is going wrong. We will tell you how to fix it.

A first call is half an hour with an engineer, not a sales pitch. You get a straight answer about what your infrastructure needs, whether or not you end up working with us.

Frequently asked questions

The questions that come up on almost every first call.

View all frequently asked questions

How is Binadit different from a hosting provider?
A hosting provider gives you a server and basic support. We design, run and improve the whole environment, and we carry responsibility for uptime, performance and security. You speak directly to senior engineers, not to support agents reading a script.
Do we lose control of our infrastructure?
No. Every credential, cloud account and domain stays in your name. We operate the environment on your behalf and document it in a written architecture plus a runbook, so you can hand it to another partner or to your own team at any point.
Can you migrate us without downtime?
Yes, including complex multi-cloud setups. Every migration is planned in advance, executed in a low-traffic window and verified before the DNS cutover. Zero downtime is the standard we work to, not an exception we charge for.
What happens if we want to leave?
Documented handover. Credentials transfer back to you, access logs are provided and we support a 30 to 60 day transition to your successor team. We do not lock environments into proprietary tooling.
What does the 99.99% uptime figure actually cover?
It is a contractual figure in the signed agreement, measured on the managed environment we operate, with the measurement method and the remedy written into the SLA. We will send you the document before you sign anything.
